How durable is your success?

Did you complete the 6-week​ ab program, but then stop exercising afterward​?

Did you lose 10 lbs before vacation, then bounce back to your old eating habits when you got home?

We should stop thinking of success in terms of only short-term achievement, and instead, judge success by long-term sustainability and lasting effect on our lives.

We should then approach goals not just with the aim of a short-term, high-yield result, but also with a mindfulness for not burning ourselves out in the process. The process is lifelong.
